Booking can be made by using our forms, by phone or by e-mail. We will contact you to let you know the availability of accommodation and the total cost of the services. If you agree and want to proceed with the reservation, you must send a confirmation e-mail expressing your interest and the method of payment.

Payment

You can pay through Bank Transfer or with Credit Card.

If you choose credit card, you will have to provide us the cardholder's name, card number, and expiration date.
If you choose bank transfer, we will provide you our bank account number. You will have to pay upfront 30% of the agreed cost or 50% if you want to rent the entire Cortijo.
Once the payment has been received, we will send you the booking confirmation.

You will pay the remaining amount (including accommodation and other services) at the time of your check-out.

In case you want to rent the entire Cortijo, the payment must be done at your arrival. You will be allowed to check the Cortijo before you pay.
Please, keep in mind that you will need to leave a €300 deposit which will be returned to you if the facilities haven't suffered any damage.

Cancellations

When booking a room: You may cancel your reservation at least 15 days before your scheduled check-in date in high season* or one week in low season.
When renting the whole Cortijo: You may cancel your reservation at least 30 days before your scheduled check-in date in high season* or 15 days in low season.

Otherwise, we will keep the 100% of the transferred money. You will be charged the corresponding 30% of the cost if you chose to pay with credit card.

*High season dates: Holy Week, Christmas, End of Year, Bank Holidays, and August.

Changes

Schedule changes can only be made under the agreement of the Cortijo's owners.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in time is after 2 p.m. If for any reason you plan to arrive after 8 p.m., please let us know.
Check-out time is before 12 noon.
